It was a drizzly morning – a welcome respite from the oppressive heat that had been plaguing southern California for the past week. Thankfully, as the morning wore on and the excitement continued building, the drizzle let up, but the cooling cloud cover remained. While waiting for the parade to start, it was a great time to visit with friend, long time and brand new.
